9. Rinse the toothpaste out of your mouth.
10. Rinse the toothpaste out of your toothbrush.
11. Put the toothbrush and toothpaste away.
12. Repeat as needed.

How to have sex with a beautiful woman:

1. Be born.
2. Learn to grasp things.
3. Grow up.
4. Pick out a beautiful woman.
5. Convince her to have sex with you.
6. Go somewhere private.
7. Take off at least enough of your clothes and of her clothes to allow the necessary access for sex.
